Soccer Fans Teased A Girl Crying After A Game, Good People Stepped In
We all know that the reality can be cruel sometimes, but getting reminders of how cruel the world can be is no fun. A recent story about a trifle girl World Health Organization was ruthlessly teased because she was emotional at a association football game (in this case, Germany v. England) is next-stratum horrible.
It's beyond to think wherefore grown adults would carry pleasure in making fun of a lilliputian lady friend. But thankfully, a Welsh soccer sports fan stepped in reinforce everyone's faith in humanity with some big charitable giving.
According to Insider, the jeune fille who went viral — and was later viciously mocked — was at the England v. Federal Republic of Germany game, dressed in a European nation unvarying, with the German language flag down painted on her cheeks. She was there to embolden on her team, World Health Organization was playacting against England. But her team lost, and she was upset. And her gross face was broadcast to the earthly concern after the game.
Information technology should have been a sweet, if sad, present moment of a young kid being perfectly super passionate about one of the superior sports known to valet. Instead, opposing association football fans distinct to be the bad, and unrelentingly teased the literal child online. Several of those horrible tweets were curated and shared by other association football player Stan Collymore, writing, "No words necessary," as a way to reprobate how horrible people are existence about a young lady friend. It's hard to realize what type of person would put the garbage out there roughly a little girl who loves soccer.
And others felt the same way – including a Welsh soccer fan who wanted to show the kinder side of the world. So without knowing the bitty girl, atomic number 2 solidification up a crowdfunding fundraiser to evidenc the little girl from Germany that "non everyone from the UK is horrible."
"This is just meant to be a token of goodwill. Yes, there are other potential complete causes, but I've picked this," the message on the donation site translate. "I'd like to think that the parents of the little girl will spend this on a nice treat for her so that she knows that not everyone from the UK is horrible and that we care."
The crowdfunding raised more than $50,000 US (£35,000), and the daughter was identified. And the money donated is leaving to execute even up more good – since IT will be donated to charity.
"In the interests of our daughter and our family, we would like to remain private; however, we wish to thank everyone for your amazing support," the parents same in a message on the crowdfunding Sri Frederick Handley Page. "Our daughter would like to request your generous donations attend UNICEF, knowing that your kindness will benefit."
The story is terrible — and perhaps the grown adults who made fun of this kid will feel a pocket-size bit chastened considering she decided to take the goodness given to her by gift and give way it to those who need IT more than her. And maybe next clock masses will think before they tweet mean things close to actual children.
